Blue's music crosses barriers and penetrates the heart and spirit in unprecedented ways. Playing unrehearsed and in the moment, Blue brings an intensity and authenticity that is unsurpassed by players of his instrument. He plays flutes in all sizes and keys, including single, double, and triple flutes, and can play with any band, orchestra or theatre group, deftly molding his flute work to fit any style of music being played today.

Blue has played at such venues as Grace Cathedral in San Francisco, CA, The Masonic Auditorium, San Francisco, CA Spirit Rock Meditation Center, Woodacre, CA, The Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA St. John The Divine Cathedral in New York City, and the opening ceremony for World Environment Day in Oakland, and in Europe, Thailand, and China. He was also featured on the BBC, ABC TV and Public Television " A Blue Moment " . In addition to his professional career, he is a dedicated volunteer in service to his community and was named Bread and Roses performer of the year for 2002.

He is available for weddings, commitment ceremonies, baptisms, memorial services, schools, hospitals, special music for churches, motivational talks, birthday and all other parties, house concerts, cultural presentations, workshops, and retreats of all types.
